I had a faulty product (ok not their fault) but the process to get it repaired or replaced under warantee is laborious.

After jumping through lots of hoops to prove that it was not me that damaged it, I returned the product and doubt I will ever see it or my money again.

Almost 2 months now and still no idea when I might get anything back.
