"My purchase was a Panasonic GM5/12-32mm kit.
It is grey-market, originally for the UK. Menu language is selectable. Unlike some, this is not a Japanese-only kit.

So far everything appears fine. The camera works, the lens works, no items were missing. The only issue (to be expected with a UK kit) is that the battery charger plug is UK with an adapter for US mains. "After placing the order, the tracking didn't show much activities for a couple of days and that had me worried. Once the ball started rolling, it went much faster than expected. From date of ordering to that of receiving, it took only 6 days!

The item was well wrapped, box sealed, serial no on the box matches that on the item, and no sign of having been used. It's what it says on the tin.

Now I'm itchy to make another purchase from them!

Mind you that their response time to emails is a little slow--it takes a couple of days. Ringing them is a much better way to get an immediate feedback.

Also I tried to rate them as soon as I've checked the arrived item but couldn't find how and where to do so. Luckily an email with this link just came. But it requires another login username and password for rating! Now I have 3 sets of usernames for ValueBasket.com, one for shopping, one for customer support and another for rating!!!"

"Was really concerned when there was no information sent to me on the progress of the order. I've placed it more than a week ago and they clearly confirmed that this should be dispatched in 3-5 days. And when they were contacted, they apologised for no updates that were provided. They confirmed that the order was dispatched and promised of an email with a link to see the status. I appreciate their help and happy to confirm that the order has been received."

"Ordered a camera and received an email that the order was being processed and would be shipped soon. A couple of days later received another email that that camera was out of stock but if I would like to choose another I would be given a discount for my trouble. When I had time I went back to the website, selected another camera which was a little more expensive and replied to the email that I would have that one. I then received another email that quoted a higher price for the selected camera than what was given on the site (some discount!), so I just ordered it through the website. Two weeks later I was still waiting for my camera to be delivered so I went back to the website and found my order was on hold. Sent another email - that camera was out of stock too. Both times I checked that the camera was listed as in stock before placing the order.

Almost a month on I have no camera and almost $600 outstanding on my credit card because I didn't realise that the first order had not been cancelled.
