"I purchased a Nikon lens 5/12/14, tried to cancel it for a refund on the 8/12/14. It was dispatched on the 11/12/14. Arrived on the 18/12/14. Obviously not new, serial number covered over. Requested a returns address and number. This arrived via email 2/1/15. I received an email on the 6/1/15 saying my refund had been completed. I received my refund today on 21/1/15. I count 42 emails to them they are a nightmare. Please don't give them your hard earned money. Items are grey imports, can't use any warranty value basket have their own which takes upto 30 days"
