"I ordered a mobile from their website. After waiting for ages they sent me an email that the order is dispatched. When I gave up on waiting, I decided to contact the courier (DPD) for my order and they said ValueBasket has not given them any item for delivery.
Now I dont know what do do. It already more than a week.
I will ask for refund or quick delivery. Otherwise I am taking them to the court!"
"I expected quicker delivery given the stock showed in stock and shipping was to be in 2-4 days, only to find out the stock was coming from overseas. Price and service was good though "

Value Basket cannot say when they will be able to supply my goods. It is now 9.2.15.
