"skull and ruby ring looks really cool on their website. nice looking 2 tone silver and black. when we got it, it was mostly 1 tone of a gray color and very light in weight for as much as it cost. asked to return and refund. they kept trying to get me to exchange for something else. we did not want anything else. then they only wanted to give credit to buy something else later. took a week of debating to get them to give refund. when they did, they did not give full refund. kept money for shipping. this was not my fault so i should not have to pay for their error. also they kept twice as much as it really cost to ship. i returned with tags and unused in original boxes."

"120€ la bague de base que tu commande. Sauf qu'après on te demande ~20€ de TVA, 5€ on ne sais pas pourquoi est 30€ de frais de ports. Soit un total d'environs 180€. Je ne vois pas l'intérêt de mettre de tel prix à l'affiche. Honteux.


Cependant le colis été très bien emballé, le délai de livraison est correct ainsi que la qualités du produit.

"J'ai déjà commandé plusieurs fois des produits depuis la Chine. Mais sur Vancaro c'est la première fois m, et j'ai jamais vu une livraison aussi rapide! En moins d'une semaine!! Problème a la douane, mais le service client vancaro est a l'écoute par mail et trouve des solutions.
Sinon pour la bague en elle elle-même l, RAS. Recu dans une jolie boite qui contenait un jolie sachet et yn jolie écrin, bref vraiment parfait. Agréablement surpris"
