(1) They had the lens available in stock where almost all other well-known go-to vendors I had been tracking were backordered for months.
(2) They had THE Lowest Price available anywhere online for this popular lens. It was offered at the actual suggested retail price, whereas all others were marking up to as high as $250 above.
(3) Shipping was FREE!!!!
(4) I ordered online on a Tuesday morning through a very easy process. My email confirmation of order came immediately, the fraud protection confirmation email came less than 10 minutes later. I got my tracking number just two hours later.

"Searched the internet for reviews for on-line stores in order to purchase my Pioneer 940 Elite and found that Vann's had very good ratings. So, I stepped out on a limb and called. The 940 was on sale and Vann's also offered free shipping (which I thought was too good to be true).

I purchased the 940 on Monday, June 4 and it arrived on my doorstep by 1:00 pm that same Friday. The unit was fully packaged in the factory box which by the way had a built in pallet. No damage and brand new.

I would also like to mention that when I call to order the unit I fully expected to be pressured into purchasing an extended warranty or overly priced cables, entertainment centers or a used car. But, this did not happen at all. I was asked only once about cables and then that was it.

It arrived on the docks in Seattle, Washington that Monday. It did take Yellow Truck til Friday to get it to me, but for free - I'm not complaining.

On top of this, my order was beyond believable in price. If it wasn't for the good reviews I wouldn't have even touched it. I managed to get a Customer Return clearance item (Samsung HL-S5688W) for $749.99 to my door. The box was a bit battered, but the TV was perfect. Not a single issue, scratch, or anything.
