"I purchased a Mitsubishi 65" DLP TV WD65732 from Vann's. It was the lowest price for this set I could find from a reputable company thru my web search. I was apprehensive at first in receiving a freight shipment of this type but the set arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. The people I have delt with at Vann's have been honest, courteous and highly efficient. Four days after receiving my TV I noticed that there was a price drop of $200 at Vann's over the low price that I paid for my set. When I queired the support staff if I was eligible for this reduction I was informed that I was covered for a 15 day price guarantee and received credit for the difference. This was first purchase at Vann's but it will not be the last. Give them a try, you'll be glad that you did!

"I had done my homework and finally decided on the Sony 3LCD rear projection TV was the best for me considering all my needs and what money I wanted to spend. Living on the west coast, I wanted to find a source to buy but any western sales outlets were much higher priced than eastern outlets. I ordered a 50 inch Sony from a place with the lowest price, but when they called me to confirm the order three days later, I was quoted free delivery but must pay $149 insurance. In the meanwile I had run across Vann's on the internet and their price was about the same and much nearer for delivery. I was able to cancel the order with the eastern seller but decided to wait until the next day to order from Vann's. So glad I did. Teir price had dropped $100 and free shipping with no add-on insurance. I had three e-mails over the next two days keeping me informed on the progress of the order. Monday morning, just three days after ordering, I got a phone call from the shipping company driver, " I've got a Tv for you, will you be home about lunch time. Well a long story, but I've done a lot of buying over the internet and this was the best experiance ever. For electronic equipment, I won't go anywhere else."

"I highly recommend Vann's if you are looking to purchase from them. I purchased a Sony 50" SXRD from Vanns and everything went smoothly. I ordered my tv on the 3rd and the tv arrived on the 8th, and I only had standard shipping which Vanns paid for!!! They also threw in a free DVD player. I saved over $500 and the tv came in perfect condition, which I was worried about being that it was being shipped from Montana. The tv is awesome!"

"I purchased a Panasonic TH-50PX600U plasma tv and also got a free Panasonic DVD player and even thought they wasn't the lowest advertised price when the others added shipping/tax they ended up being much cheaper. The communication wasn't 100% but their price and shipping more than made up for any possible descrepency. I would most certainly buy from them again and have already told a couple of my frieds, looking for tvs, about them!!!"

"I purchased an iPod Shuffle on 12/1/06, and received it yesterday. The packaging of the product is scratched so bad, it looks like it was in contact with sandpaper. I contacted customer support and they said they don't guarantee product packaging from damage in shipment. Poor response. And secondly, the product as a HUGE yellow tracking sticker that completely covers the back of the package. This was to suppose to be a gift. Beware!"

"Great website and great deal on Ipods. WE Love the Ipods, and after searching around they were a little bit cheaper with Free shipping. The only thing I didn't get was it took 7days after I got the tracking number to get here,when I know California is 5 days ground anywhere and Montana I thought would be closer. "I ordered the Panasonic FZ50. While Vann's was not the lowest price, they had very good ratings on this site. Where as the others who priced significantly below Vann's would fall into the "to good to be true" category based on user comments from this site. Small mix-up with my e-mail id (".com" vs ".net) prevented me from getting an order confirmation, but that was quickly resolved with one phone call. Only negative would be the shipping time coming from Montana versus the east coast when shipping to Michigan. But an extra day or two is worth dealing with a reliable company. Order also included a free 256 SD memory card which was an added bonus. I would order from them again. As far as the camera goes - arrive in good shape and as soon as I figure out the 140 page manual of instructions, I think I will be very pleased."

"so awesome. I was going to buy my plasma from a wholesale thing here in nyc, but I couldnt pick it up and they were giving me a hassle. Then I found Vanns.com. They were cheaper in the end because of the no tax and free shipping. Im sure everyone has said the same thing, but they were actually pretty awesome. I originally ordered the HP-R5052 plasma, they said it would ship the next day. The next day, they called to say that they only had one HP-R5052 left and it was damaged. I was mad for a second, then they offered me a free upgrade to the HP-R5053 model, which just made me madder (cuz i dont like that one). Then they also said they could send me the HP-R5072 model, which I loved, and that was that. They told me on the phone it would be there the next friday (7 days), but once I got the tracking info it was scheduled for monday...which I kind of expected for free ground shipping from montana to nyc. Sure enough, this morning it came, I set it up no problem, and its awesome. Also, they had a deal for a free remote control or wall mount, either of which worth $130. They ran out of wall mounts, but i didnt want the crazy universal remote control. They said they could send me the wall mount when it becomes available, or I can get something else for that price. I ended up getting a Sony DVD player with HDMI output for free AND it had free shipping. Man these guys are awesome and trustworthy.

"Purchase of Onkyo HomeTheatre system that was open box went smoothly. I purchased the extended warrantly just in case. The receiver started popping and smoking almost immediately, and after being bounced around to several departments, I find I have to get it repaired by Onkyo. Their warranty doesn't kick in til after the manufacturer's ends. (The extended warranty isn't even through Vann's, and their customer service was worthless. She had never even heard of Onkyo, and it was utterly beyond her to look them up.) This is normal, but very annoying because the manufacturer is invariably less flexible, more costly, and more time consuming. I have to drive it to a service location and it'll be a month before I have it back at the soonest."
