"I have placed 2 orders with VA within the last year, this is my first review. Both orders were shipped out the next day. I had a question about the replacement coils I wanted and I had a response within 1hr. I had an issue with one of the kits I bought in the 2nd order, I sent an e-mail to VA and had a response the next business day. They made it easy to get a replacement kit and it was inspected before it was sent back out at my request. The thank you notes are a nice touch. I will be ordering more tanks & coils in the future. Now when I call it's a recording saying the phone lines are down it's three days in a I've called to find out about my order I paid 19.97. I either want my order or a refund. "I recently purchased the Smok rpm 80w from VA. I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical/frustrated. I paid for 2 day shipping guarantee and had to wait for weeks. I contacted the carrier (rhythms with x) and a severe winter storm caused delays/cancellations. Plus, the carrier now had to ship Covid-19 vaccines first, before personal packages. Wow, did I really put my foot in my mouth. I'm was mad for situations beyond anyone's control. VA staff I'm very sorry for my obtuse reaction and Thank you for refunding my shipping cost.
