"The bags themselves are outstanding for the money you pay. But the installation directions suck at best, definitely on step by step, more then a few steps left out. Also the bolts provided to fit my bike were the wrong thread pattern. A trip to the local HD solved that. I thought the bags would already come predrilled since you put what type of bike down when you order them. Now back to the bags themselves, ones installed they look great and hopefully hold up just as well. Went on a day ride and they worked great. The look is of a much more expensive bag. If it was not for the directions and the bolts they would get a 5 Star+. The bags arrived very fast and were packed very well with no damage. I will give another review when they get some miles under them. "

" Not all was bad from Viking Bags when purchased this week. First for the good: Bags arrived within three days,bags undamaged and mounting hardware was in box. The bad: Included with purchase was to be the free relocation kit as all the reviews and videos show. To my surprise the kit was not included.I contacted them and they said do to the discount for Sturgis they are running it is not included and would have to purchase. Nothing on the website says this and it still shows the black kit free with purchase of bags.
Bad business practice in my opinion and thought others should know this"
