"Ordered a tap through Walmart. Still waiting over two weeks later. Just got a shipping notice when you track , it states shipping label created. Obviously , this bogus company sells items and then orders them from off shore I have contacted Walmart to have this outfit removed from their vendor list when/if this item finally arrives , it’s going straight back to Walmart. At least I don’t have to deal with VirVenturs non existent customer service "

Notified Vir Ventures about the damage via Amazon. Got what looked like a form letter saying that my request is under review.
Suggested Vir Ventures contact Amazon, since I had a good record, to verify that I was a good customer. Got no response.
Why does Amazon maintain a 3.5 out of 5 rating with a 30-45 % disapproval ratings in other reviews, and why do they retain such companies?
Beware of Vir Ventures, of Amazon sales , and of Amazon third-party vendors.

"I ordered through Walmart a telescope case, that was advertised as being compatible with my telescopes make and model . Upon receiving the case, it was clearly not going to fit my telescope by about 16 inches. And yet, even on the label, it said it was compatible. After much back. "This company has been truly horrible to deal with as an Amazon seller. I ordered two chairs on Amazon from Virventures and they shipped the wrong item and required me to pay to have it shipped back so I could get a refund on the original purchase price. Then they wouldn't refund the shipping costs despite the fact that their policy states they refund shipping if they ship the wrong item. "Product was great, it simply did not fit my vehicle. Seller (VirVentures) is the by far the worst company I had a pleasure of dealing with. Returns are accepted but it is a nightmare trying to get anything back to them. When they finally accept a refund, you are expected to cover the shipping. That's understandable although that practice is being fazed out by many other companies. Two weeks after the package reaches their provided return address and I hear nothing from them. Did not receive a single dollar back. Upon contacting the seller, then Amazon, then the seller again in the span of four days, I received an e-mail telling me they would issue a refund in 3-5 days after they deduct a 20% restock fee. "I would give them no stars if I could. False advertising, liars, theives.....pick one. They advertised a twin low loft bed with the dresser, bookcase and the pull out desk for $177...ive got pics to prove it. I took apart my kid's bed expecting 2 twin low loft beds...i got 2 dressers thats it and they wouldn't fix the problem. They wouldn't send me the beds I ordered and my kids were sleeping on the floor. And I had to fight them tooth and nail to send them back the dressers and get a full refund. "If I could give this company a -100 I would. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Purchased a shed through Amazon with them as the third party and it was damaged when I received it. I contacted them immediately and have been jacked around by them since delivery of May 21.
