"I needed an accessory calf band for my orthotic foot braces. The web page that pictured my orthotic listed only calf bands that did not have anything at all to do with the one pictured at the top of the page. I ordered what I hoped would be the right ones, based upon the descriptions of each of them, apparently stupidly assuming that, if things are listed below a particular orthotic, they probably relate to that orthotic. When I received my order, they sent me two of one of the two items I ordered and none of the other one. I called and found that the items I needed were not listed at all on the page with my orthotic pictured at the top. They would not do an exchange, so I ordered the proper ones with the help of someone on the phone. Ultimately, I received what I needed. However, I have been trying for over two weeks to obtain a refund for the improper things I was originally sent, so far to no avail."
