"I ordered a product from Vitality Medical from their on-line store and when I didn't get a confirmation email for my order after a day or two, I thought that possibly I had done something wrong and maybe the order hadn't gone through. I called their customer service number, and the young man was very helpful and checked on my order and assured me they had received it. He made sure I received a confirmation email and emails to let me know when the item shipped, along with a tracking number. "
