"Paid for expedited shipping and attempted to contact customer service on the 3rd day when I was not able to access any shipping information. I have been given the run around for one week and received a "shipping notification" 8 calendar (6 business days) after paying for "expedited 3 to 5 business day shipping" and 5 of those days have now been spent trying to cancel my order to receive a refund. Most recent correspondence from customer service indicates if I now try to return the item they will charge me a restocking fee. This is an unacceptable practice. Awaiting an adequate response. "
