After a heated discussion with the customer service rep she said she would talk to a supervisor and call me to. Two hours later she said a return authorization would be sent to me in 5-7 days. After 10 days passed with no return authorization I again called customer service and was told I could not return the item. I explained that I was promised a refund authorization by another rep. He just kept repeating the same speak over and over! The whole conversation was a very bad experience! I will never do business with this company again!"
