"Recived my box of syringes and the sipping box was folded closed and untaped . Anyone during the shipping process could of tampered with my supply. For safety had to throw out the full order . All customers service said was they were sorry. Will never order again "

"I emailed them to find out when my order would be shipped since the website had said "processed" but "awaiting shipping" for my order for several days. Customer Service replied by repeating that baffling order status with no further details. When I emailed again for a more helpful date, I was told that I should have paid for expedited shipping. A few hours after I received that (very unhelpful) reply, I was emailed a UPS tracking number for my order -- but when I tried to track it with UPS, UPS says " We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number." I have no idea if I will ever receive this order! My advice -- buy from a real retailer that can actually help you if your order is lost or if you have a question or problem."
