"Where to start:
I have an account, can't log in. Apparently the pw I use for everything isn't working on your site so I request to rest pw, you don't send the email for me to do so. I request it again and I think I did it a third time being told I requested it too many times so I have to wait or contact someone via email, nope don't have time for all that.
Secondly I get sent codes, I try and use one that says .99¢ shipping yet it's not showing anything since shipping is on the following page. Shopping options there's no .99¢ but I see a free shipping but it takes a whole week to get here which with medical supplies is forever. There was no days listed on the .99¢ email so I was assuming it would have been discounted shipping with a Realistic time frame for delivery.
I search for items, using exact names and I get no results, so I have to pick and choose words to see if I can find the item and that seems to work, total inconvenience but it worked. Took way to long to order. I'm going to look into other medical suppliers, see what my options are.
