"I was very pleased with vivedecor.com First the fact that they had the best price online and second because their customer service was great. I ordered a Dimplex BLF74 which is a built in electric fireplace which is 74" wide. I had to contact them regarding the dimensions and so my husband and I could cut and measure the hole properly. Vivedecor was able to provide me with the exact cut sheet which showed us exactly how we needed to cut the hole in the wall.
We decided to proceed and place our order. Everyone else online was on back order meaning they could not even get the BLF50 for a few months. Vivedecor physically had the product in stock and my order shipped out in less than 48 hours. As soon as they shipped my order out, I received an email notification with tracking and an email notification thanking me for my order. I was very happy with my experience at vivedecor.com I have already been back to look at other products that they sell online. I have noticed that vivedecor seems to have the best price on every item. I am a price shopper and i love to find the best price.

I ordered a Soleus Air DP2-70-03 dehumidifier from their web site. It was shown in-stock but took 10 days to arrive and they sent the wrong model anyway.
I called about the issues. They claimed the other model just looks different with a different housing design and color but the insides are the same so they want me to keep it.
Actually it's a different model with lower power efficiency, it's the wrong color, and it has lower gallons per day output.
I called to have them send the correct model but they said they don't have it even though it still says "in-stock" on their web site.
They wanted me to keep the wrong model but I arranged a return. Then they mentioned there's a 25% restocking fee and I have to pay return shipping as well as charges for the initial shipping since it was free initially.
The fine print
"If you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition, a 25% restocking fee will be applicable to items being returned".
I told them I won't pay extra fee's when they sent the wrong product and they agreed to drop the fee's.
I mailed it back Feb 10th (2012) and it was signed for by "TTAN" at their facility on Feb 17th.
I waited a month since sending it out but still had no refund.
I called March 10th to check on the refund and was told a refund would be processed this week.
I called again March 16th and was told it would be processed "next week".
On my 5th call I was told to "keep waiting since they only process refunds on Mondays ...and sometimes Wed"
"So please wait another 3 -5 business days".
By March 27th there was still no refund so I called again (45 days after returning the product).
They said they have the right model in stock now and they plan to send that instead of a refund.
NO THANKS I told them. Refund my money, PLEASE.
The refund finally came on March 28th, 59 days after my original order.

After several emails, I finally got a prepaid return ship label from them, confirmed return, they said they were processing credit--and today my cc company called to say Vive says unit not returned! "ViveDecor took over 3 weeks to send my purchased item and they sent a broken item. The manager Chris Harris was rude, spoke over me, refused to take ownership of the broken item. Blamed UPS told me I had to take it up with the shipping company and refused to send the return shipping details and said I had to pay them for shipping because they sent a broken item. The WORST company every. DO not order anything from this company. They have no idea what they are doing. They are rude, uneducated and unprofessional. Their only concern is taking your money."

Response to emails has been sketchy and now not at all. The voice mail box is full so now I am going to start legal action against the company.
