Received an email saying “save to app OR print” but they never came through to the app. Then after 30 mins on the phone with customer service who was unable to do ANYTHING we were told that there is a difference between “mobile” and “instant download”. Their only solution was “find somewhere to print them” an hour before the event. No thanks! Save yourself the aggravation and buy from a reputable provider."
