"i received an email stating I had a 10% discount on ordering the Patriots/Steelers game tickets. The offer was valid until May 10 (this is May 5). When I clicked on the proper link bar everything looked fine. As soon as I tried to buy the tickets, a note came up saying the code was invalid. I called and talked to Darion who fixed the issue for me after I forwarded my email to him. thanks Darion!. I agree the service fee was horrendous, but told it is set by the seller. Still the ticket price with exorbitant service fee was less than total price on other sites.

I sent them an email regarding the fact that I had no tickets yet and the event was getting close. They told me the tickets had been transferred but I didn’t have them.
