"This go around was a very bad experience and customer service with Vivid Seats. I go down to Opening Day every year and I received a 10% off email from Vivid. Thought sweet. So I go to the site and the coupon didn’t activate. I call Vivid’s customer service for some help. The agent said they can apply the coupon over the phone. After picking out the seats I saw on the site, even after the 10% off the prices jumped insanely high after the fees were added. Over $200 for just 3 tickets. I told the agent that was a huge jump. He told me they have seats in a section further away that might be more in my price range. After telling me the price and fees that were ridiculously high for those seats too I said no, that those didn’t even seem worth it to be further from the desired area of seating and so he hung up on me. So I check back the night before the game, almost 12 hours before game time and tickets prices have barely budged. I call to ask if there is anything the could do as it was so close to game time and they were close to losing any sale on a bunch of tickets. Also to ask about seats I see and ask the agent if he could tell me what 3 out of the 7 available I would get and he said they don’t tell seat numbers. He also tells me he can’t apply the email discount because it is online only even though the other rude rep before said he could. This rep wasn’t rude just very unhelpful and disinterested. Other third party sites show u what seats there are so I check and I see seats 1-7 available just like on Vivid how it says 7 seats are available for the same row and section.. I end up getting the 3 furthest seats out of the 7. Seats 5,6,7 from Vivid. Having kids the isle seats would have been nice to choose since they were available, but they gave me whatever 3 they felt. So after I order it takes me back to the site and the other 4 seats left have dropped $30!! Even after the rep said there was nothing they could do about the prices. I have had mostly good experiences with Vivid before this but I definitely will be checking the other third party sites first for the rest of the baseball season now. "

"My father is one of the biggest Chicago Blackhawks fans I know. He was called for a work retreat to Chicago for a week, and I wanted to do something nice him. I found a game on April 5th at The United Center that would fit into his work schedule. I went to the store and bought a prepaid visa card so I could pay for it online with Vivid Seats. But what I didn't see is that I bought a prepaid visa credit card, which needed to be set up with an online bank account, which is much more complicated then I wanted. After ordering the tickets the first time, I waited for days for a confirmation email, but nothing arrived. I went to check my balance on my credit card, it was full and no transactions had gone through. Feeling frustrated I called the Vivid Seats help line and talked to Tyler J. at Ex. #: 2441, and I'm so glad I did! Talking to Tyler over the phone, I ordered my ideal tickets, with a discount in less than 10 minutes!!! I'm so glad that Vivid Seats takes such good care of their customers and I definitely WILL be using them again! :)"
"I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received from Marcus P. today when I needed help purchasing tickets to Chicago the Band, who will be performing in Costa Mesa, CA, on 7/26/19. I needed 3 tickets with seats side by side. These are not easy to get at this time because the venue is near a sell-out. I wish the Vivid website made it easier to me to accomplish that task, so I would not have been required to call. The multiple emails on confirmation and tranfers are also intimidating and confusing. I received one set of 4, but not sure what to do to get the other -- perhaps just wait until April 4???? I received one email that said immediate action required. Then I received another saying Kyle Papa had already transferred them into my Ballpark App. Found 4 in my App, but still looking for other 4 tickets.
