"I just ordered tickets on vividseats.com on my mobile device and was SHOCKED to see that there was a $180 service and delivery charge that was never disclosed during the ordering process.
I have emailed customer service several times including screenshots and requested a refund. Vivid Seats keeps telling me that the charges were itemized in the order when they were not.

"Received email to accept transfer of tickets. clicked on link as told in email from Vivid seats. Vivid account said tickets delivered. Tickets were no where to be found. After 2- 3 weeks of talking and chatting with vivid seats the night before the game I was told to let them do their job and find the tickets and they would call me to let me know when the tickets have been re-transferred. I was also told there were alerts in system for them to call me to let me know. Never got a call. Went to DC bought more tickets and called them and was told they sent email to the email I specifically told them I could not access.
