"Was looking to add another ticket to our group. Called hoping to add an adjoining seat. The issue of not being to select a specific seat was worrisome but it worked out in the end. Laura was as helpful as she could be within the parameters of Vivid. This seat selection issue needs clarification. However, Laura was very efficient and the transaction went very smoothly. One other issue of note is the transaction number--this is not readily accessible without flipping through emails. Laura found a better way and faster way which was definitely preferable = resourceful and compassionate. She can relate her questions re event, card number, email. Thanks to her, our plans have been addended successfully! The discounts with the original tics and this one was also very cool--Thanks! Would recommend Laura for future purchases as a personal broker--this is a brilliant idea by the way..."
"I had purchased second row double attack zone hockey tickets for my mom for her birthday. The tickets i had purchased did not come in. It was the day of the game and I called Vivid Seats. The customer service rep was awesome. She upgraded us to second row center ice tickets right beside the penalty box. I was very please that they made sure we were taken care of when things didn't go as planned. She even called the seller of the new tickets to make sure I would have them before we even got off of the customer service call. I will 100% use Vivid Seats again. "
