"This is my second experience with Vivid Seats. Both times the experience was excellent. This time I had a question about using a smart phone to display the ticket for entrance to an event at Little Ceasers Arena in Detroit. We had never used our smart phone as tickets before and I had a question. Dexter was very helpful and assured me there would be no problem. I bought the tickets from him because he offered me an additional discount. The cost from buying from other venues was less with Vivid Seats. I felt like I got a very good deal."
"I had an issue with a promotional discount not working. Ryne in customer service resolved the problem quickly and courteously. So Ryne gets a "5" and links with promotional codes actually giving you the offered discount gets a "2." That is something that ought to be able to be fixed by the tech department."
