"We ordered seats for a venue that we are familiar with - specifically found and paid a premium price for tickets in the last row of a section to preclude the usual "bumped from behind, food/drinks spilled on our backs; kicked seat backs" experience. We received tickets in a row forward of the row we wanted. Vivid Seats determined that a closer seat was "an upgrade" and there was nothing they could do. It appears that the "seller" may not have had tickets in the row we wanted after all; he was free to "upgrade" if he chose to do so. This seems fraudulent at best, but certainly unethical. For a seller to be able to determine what is an upgrade is ludicrous - particularly based on the reasons we chose the seats we originally ordered. Will NEVER use this company again."
