"I was having trouble finding 5 seats together that were not in the higher sections so I called your customer service line! I got a hold of Rick (ext 3203) and together we found a great spot! He answered all my questions, was extremely patient with me when we were all done with one part of the check out and I went back and changed something. I did not feel rushed with Rick, his tone was happy and he really gave me the impression that he enjoyed his job and that I was an important customer! I was so excited that I had gotten the tickets at the end of our conversation that I started hurrying him :D He commented on how excited I was and how he was happy to help! I will definitely use Vivid Seats again! I wish every customer service representative was like Rick!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank You!!!!! Thank You!!!!!"

"For starters, I purchased tickets that got canceled due to billing address issues. Fine I get that. The 1st total was $347.06. So I revived word that that was canceled and I in turn made a 2nd purchase in totaling $389.42. Now I’m being told that because I changed my cell phone number I cannot purchase these tickets because my number is not associated with the number listed for my name which is on public record. Never mind that I was able to provide the number that was on file, but because I changed my number I was not allowed to purchase tickets. Guys your a ticket resale company, your not a major credit card corporation. So now I have to wait potentially till next week to be refunded up to $736.48. And to be home honest with u I wouldn’t have a problem with this had it not be for the sheer arrogance and attitude of your customer service rep holly. At least that’s the name I was given. The condescending tone along with rudeness is the reason why I deleted your app, will never use it again, and will make a effort to make sure every one of my friends and associates never use your services again. I am not the one who told her to work this job nor am I the person that got under her skin today to receive the responses from this individual today. And when I mention going to a competitor, it was more encouraged rather then met by a solution to the problem. It’s one thing to want to verify information I totally get that. But to send u my identification along with credit card info to me, opens me up to way more fraudulent activity then my cell phone not being on public record. Again I will wait up to the 5 business days and hopefully I will get my refund because I honestly want nothing to do with your company ever again."
"I cannot remember your associates name but he helped on 01/14/19 to purchase NFC Championship Tickets for the New Orleans Saints & Los Angeles Rams. He was AWESOME, his CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING. We purchased gift cards to make our purchased and he took his time to help us make this purchase. I'm so sorry I don't remember his name but I hope you can figure out who this was and that he deserves every bit of credit for this email. GREAT JOB to the young man that helped us.
