"Bought a box seat for over 22 people. They processed payment and said tickets would be mailed out Monday. We asked three times is there anything else we need to do. Was assured there wasn't as this was a final sale. Less than 24 hours later get a email saying the transaction had been cancelled. We had booked hotel and flights to Denver, Colorado. We called customers service and was told we were suppose to have filled out a verification form, which we were never told about. At that point they transferred us back to sales which then said the box we purchased had already been sold. After being transferred to four different agent they basically sad to bad so sad.
If your going to have a verification for payment then don't take payment out and tell the person on the phone this is required. "
