"Vivid seats did not have my name at the box office, nor my credit card, nor any identifying information regarding my tickekts. I spent an hour trying to call Vivid Seats and got nothing but recurring menus. When I purchased the tickets I was notified my tickets would be available under my name. There were no tickets listed under my name. Took over an hour to get the tickets and it was only because the box office looked row by row in the mezzanine.

I was assisted by Tyler, and the rest was conducted over the phone. He was so polite and I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush me to get me out of the way like most customer service representatives I’ve been helped by would. He conducted everything on a timely matter, and would excuse himself when he would put me on a hold, he had really good communication with me. Will certainly make more purchases on vividseats ! "
