I tried your service for the first time. An absolute mess. Ticket was sent to an old email that I haven't had assess to for 6 months, and your people blamed me?..
I noticed the mistake immediately and called. First rep said no problem and we'll resend ticket to your new email.
Two hours later after NO email was received, I called back and a supervisor told that why would we call you? That is just bush league. She gave me some lame excuses for your incompetence.
If you cant change a simple email ( which I never entered) on an order, then you are just not good enough to be online retailing.
Your website is obviously flawed and so is your staff.
After arguing with your several of your staff outside the arena for 30 minutes ( I missed a third of the hockey game) your people figured out a way to get me in.
But at that point, the joy was gone. The score was already 3-0 by time I got in and the first period was over...
I will try some place else next time...

She was very thorough and stayed on the line with me until I received all the emails to show I had my tickets.
I will be using Vividseats again and asking for Monique when I do. I really liked talking to a live person instead of online ordering."
"Paid $700+, air fare, hotel, food etc. DID NOT GET TO SEE SHOW BECAUSE OF "TRANSFER NOTIFICATION EMAIL". They blame my email service, my spam, yet in my inbox or spam, I did not receive any email from ticket master. I WILL ALWAYS SPREAD THE WORD AROUND NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE FOLK. I WILL ALSO TRY TO GET A GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO INVESTIGATE THESE SHYLOCKS. "
