"I tried to take me daughter to 5 Seconds of Summer in Boston on 8/30/18. The tickets I received from Vivid Seats were denied at the door (the told me they were already used!) so I immediately called Vivid Seats. After a 20 minute hold, I spoke to a customer care rep, who then placed me on anther 20 minute hold for the "escalation department". I spoke to a woman there who put me on another long hold before disconnecting me. Meanwhile, the concert had already begun, and I left with a heartbroken tween.
This morning I called Vivid Seats for an apology and a refund. They said they need to launch a "full investigation" before they can give me my money back, and it could take about a week. I told them that this was unacceptable, and Doug, the Sr. Customer Care Specialist, refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor, and would not give me any contact information other than his own extension. So now I have to sit back and wait.
At the venue the night before, the ticket booth people said this happens all the time with Vivid Seats (they recommended I use Ticketmaster or StubHub in the future...). "

"i bought tickets 1 week before my event and NEVER got contacted from my seller. when i called vivid seats to help me get ahold of the seller they said its still 20 hrs before the event LETS GIVE THEM SOME TIME... so 8 hrs before the event started i get contaced from the seller to tell ,e that i will not get my ticket's tell 1hour past when i need them and when i contacted vivid seats ( with there so called satisfaction guaranteed) the told me that it was not there problem and hung up on me.
also dont call them i waited 45 min to be told this "
