"I purchased a ticket and after said purchase it said it would not be sent for 7 days. Our plane will leave 3 days from sent date. This date was not disclosed before the purchase or I would not have bought it. I immediately called did a live chat because it had only been 3 or 4 minutes from my purchase. First guy John when I mentioned I would need to cancel, ended the chat. Corey the second rep pretty much told me I was screwed and to deal with it. I explained this was a trip of a life time and budget wise if the ticket didn't get here I couldn't afford to purchase another and could he please cancel the order, he refused. I said its only been maybe 20 minutes it probably hasn't even processed. He flat out said no. They don't cancel any order. Thanks for ruining my trip.
