"We purchased Keith Urban tickets for a show in KC at the Sprint Center 4 months in advance and to make a very long story short, Vivid sold us seats, took our money and promptly cancelled them. Somehow we got in the door but were approached by a couple that had bought tickets from a reputable site (AXS) had the same seats and they had paid less. In speaking with Sprint Center staff I was told this is common practice for Vivid and that we were lucky to have even gotten in the door. I would tell anyone buying tickets on-line to only use a site that is directly affiliated with the venue you are planning to visit and NEVER NEVER NEVER use Vivid. Complete scammers and thieves!!"
