So I called phone support, and Usama S. easily & quickly solved my problem and completed the purchase by phone for me. This made the whole experience easy to complete, and my tickets were available almost immediately. I will be using vivid seats again. "

How ever I did not project this frustration to your staff. I could barely understand what your staff was saying, their English language sucked. They would not listen to any of my requests. Just told me that all sales are final. I always thought that the customers needs came first. But I found out that is not the case with your company. You only want my money. Shame on you. "I contacted Customer Service at Vivid Seats due to having COVID symptoms. They said I could try to sell on another site (not allowed to sell on theirs) but wouldn't give a recommendation. They also said I could ask the venue for help, which is also not where I bought my tickets. I said I'd be ok with just a credit, but they said they have no power or authority since it's just a secondary marketplace. It's just wild to not have policies to mitigate a global pandemic and/or actually care about your customers. I am so disappointed and will not be using them again. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else."
"Most went smoothly. But on the CheckOut page, it identified two different ticket prices; $57/each and $62/each. ON THE SAME PAGE!!! Why the discrepancy???!?!!! Also not happy about the additional fees tacked on that I wasn't notified of until near the end....pretty exorbitant fees at that too. Just for the "privilege" of making it easier for YOU to unload your tickets. All of this was electronic; you had no phone calls, no paperwork, no mailings, no postage, no costs essentially. But then almost $20/ticket PLUS another $5 for pressing a button to actually send the tickets to me electronically.
