"Purchased a ticket from Vivid Seat on 4/4/2018 for event on 06/19/2018 only to find out at the venue of the concert that the ticket purchased has been refunded to original owner and i'm stuck without a ticket... . After several hours of the phone with Vivid seats representatives about my missing ticket... only thing they would say is its under investigation and we will get back to you in 3-5 businesses days. Worst thing is they were tickets still available for the event listed on their website and not even for a second did they attempt to offer to do the right thing (split the difference of the cost or reward the difference) how disappointing... o yeah they did acknowledge my ticket has vanished but it needs further investigating. How can Vivid Seats sell something they do not have? There seems to be something very illegal in selling something you don't own."
