"I ordered tickets for a college football game for a 9/1 game. Only one option to ship that shows Saturday delivery. They are telling me they will be shipped on 9/1. I live 4 hours for the field and the game is at 12:20 PM. After placing the order my tickets said ship date of 9/1 which is the day of the game so I contacted them. I sent several emails which they all say they will ship them on the same day of the game. This is FRAUD!!! You can’t go to a game without tickets and tell them they are being shipped!!!"

"As I was unaware of how to order tickets with an app I phoned to find out how I could get tickets the old fashioned way. I dealt with a person by the name of Knute ext. 3035 who was extremely patient and informative. He explained how to order using an app, which was completely foreign to me. He then proceeded to find tickets that I could order without the app and took and processed my order. I wish more persons on the phones were as helpful and pleasant. Thumbs up to Knute (hopefully I am spelling his name right.
