"I thought this was going to be a bad perches at first when I had some problems with reviving my e-mail to print my ticket. Customer service called me to see how my perches went. A Lady by the name of Janell spoke with me. I had told her the problems I had, and what I had to go through to get my tickets. She listened and understood. She looked into my account to make sure things were correct and credit some fees back to me. (I will fellow up with that credit to my card.) she really did a good job on this fellow-up, and took care of me. Great job Janell. Now I have my ticket printed out, and I'm happy. "

"Bought tickets twice off Vivid Seats now, both complete mistakes. Bought duplicate tickets the first time (two weeks ago) and took 10 days to receive my money back and no help day of the show. Second time, I called to use my store credit I received to only have to give the customer service representative my information FOUR times to finally get ONE ticket, when I was initially buying two. They don't reserve the tickets in your cart like other resellers do (thank you for that!) while you enter your card information. I went through that process four times just to be told that the tickets were sold. I am sorry, but that is a complete waste of time. Highly frustrated with my two experiences with Vivid Seats... in two weeks!"

"The people I dealt with were fantastic. David who helped me through the buying process was great. However now that I downloaded the Vivid App, I have 19 of my 28 tickets that I can see no problem. I have a block of 4 that I have to access from the Atlanta Braves, and another block of 5 that I cannot see anywhere. I have about 10 different emails from vivid with a bunch of hoops to jump through. I guess I am just too old(47) to deal with this technology."
