"So I ordered a ticket for my event a month ahead of time and they apparently have a policy to not look into the tickets at all until the day before the event...yea, even if the tickets are known to release when you buy them which was this case, so I was forced to book my hotel for this event and not be able to cancel because obviously you cant cancel a hotel the day of and get a refund. The tickets were never actually in the possession of the seller and it was a "ticket stock error" on the sellers part which is rediculous because why would you set up this website if you have no idea whether or not the tickets even exist? Very frustrating experience, only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they gave me my money back including fees for my ticket."

"I had previously bought tickets from ticketmaster, supposedly accessible seating. However, after looking at the venue map, I called the venue and learned they were not. My son who is in a power wheelchair needs his chair, primarily as his source of independence. Ticketmaster nor the venue could help, and offered a plan that may or may not have worked (walking him to the seat, and having an usher place his wheelchair at a different location). Tyler found us tickets within a matter of seconds, and I am so very grateful to him. Thank-you so very much!"
