"Found tickets for a reasonable amount and decided to purchase through VividSeats. Well, I filled out all my info and such and clicked the little box that no-one reads. That's exactly where they sneak in their tricks. This site overcharges for tickets and then sneaks in a monstrous service charge right when you're about to pay. I saw the extra charge too late. I'd already purchased. Well, I immediately got on live chat... they would not help and kept saying I'd need to resell my tickets but they wouldn't help me to do that even though they charged me a huge service fee. The service fee was NOT for customer service.... weird, right?
Well, then, the chat guy, just dropped the chat and never returned....??? Horrific customer service.
So, then I called. They wouldn't help. The best thing they could do is tell me to deal with my own issue and resell on my own. First and only time using this site, and I will make sure any friends NEVER get sucked into this scam of a site."

I do not recommend that site for BTS concerts, because the website jams a lot, and the customer service is terrible. I have been explicitly advised that the Kennedy Center will NOT accept instant, mobile, or otherwise printed tickets other than the tickets printed & sent directly from the box office. Beware of all listings other than UPS shipped hard stock tickets."

"I bought tickets over the website for Cirque de Soleil in Vancouver. As the operation did not go through, I called over the phone to the telephone provided in the website. Big was my surprise when, at the end of the telephone operation, I realized that the tickets I had been sold were for a function in the United States, not in Vancouver, and not for Wednesday, as I had requested, but for Thursday. When I made this error apparent, I was told that the sale was final.
I would suggest that the sale protocol is changed as follows: you should have the buying customer (not the sales representative) tell what is the show’s name, where it is located (venue) and the date of it. Also, you should send an e-mail to confirm the purchase and wait for the confirmation before closing the operation.
I hope this operation is cancelled and my money refunded, as I certainly cannot use the tickets I was sold.
