"Purchased four tickets at PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ for Kid Rock Reputation Tour for August 27, 2022 in Section 401, Row J. PNC Bank Arts Center is a covered roof venue. I have been there two other times and sat under a roof. When I received the tickets, each ticket stated "uncovered seat". The seller never advertised them as this. In looking at roof lines and photos posted by past customers seating in this section, it appears there is a roof over Section 401 and no mention by reviews that this section had "uncovered seats". Research on the PNC website made no mention of "uncovered seats" in this section. I am concerned if the weather is bad, we will be exposed to the elements. Not good. I emailed Vivid Seats and left a voicemail on PNC Bank Arts Center hotline and no response on my concern. "
