"This is now the third time vivid seats has taken my money and done nothing to even acknowledge it. In October $430 and refused to do anything to compensate for the fact they gave me the wrong tickets. Today, they charged me $662, $637 and 4-$1 charges to verify my account and then decided they couldn't verify my identity. Told me to call my bank and place a stop payment that costs $25 each for 5 unauthorized transactions. When I asked to be at the very least reimbursed for the cost of having to place a stop payment on my account for five different transactions, They refused, so that there is nothing that they could do and that that's how they handle business. I asked to speak with a supervisor they said they don't have supervisors and if they did they can't transfer calls anyway... But they managed to transfer me to three different customer service representatives two senior reps and a fraud specialist. They did not make an effort to understand why I was upset that I paid $1,300 for tickets that should have only been $600, simply said that's how they do business and there's nothing they can do. I explain to them that by Michigan law that's fraudulent and that they should always verify someone's identity before taking it upon them themselves to charge someone multiple times. They said that that's company policy. I ask them if they were willing to compensate in any way for three times in 5 months now charging me over $1,700 for four tickets that I got. They said that the transactions had been canceled, however the sellers confirmed that payment was pending in their accounts and now there are eight tickets for a show that is in four days and it was entirely their mistake and my loss. The lady acted as if $700 worth of loss was not a big deal. "

"It is my first time purchasing a ticket through Vivid Seats and my experience was awesome! My daughter is a big Billie Eilish fan and I first tried getting tickets through Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, tickets were sold out when the tickets first went on sale. Fast forward to today, I again checked for tickets and was pleasantly surprised that they are available at Ticketmaster. However, prices were expensive so I checked Vivid Seats. Not only does Vivid Seats have more choices, but the prices were also way cheaper than Ticketmaster. Being a first-timer for Vivid Seats, I called their customer service to answer some of my questions. Rhea was very helpful and patient in appease all my aprehensions. She even gave a discount!
