Excellent Customer Service

"Today I had a great experience interacting with Vivid Seats customer services.
Romeo, one of the representatives, helped me to purchase a ticket to one of the Monsta X concerts. He very patiently answered all my questions and spoke very clearly and calmly.
Also, Romeo offered many sit options (per my request), explained about service and tax fees that were attached to some of the tickets , so I was able to buy the best sit option at a reasonable price available.

"I really like vivid but when I use the app it never lets me purchase my tickets because of my address and I always end up calling. Then I loose my rewards and this isn’t the first time it happened. But the workers are always helpful on the phone. "

Seat Yourself

"Vanessa was helpful and the transaction easy. Tickets received instantly. This is the second time I used Vivid Seats without any hiccups. My only suggestion is that ALL seats be posted with the seat number and not just the row, forcing me to call Customer Service. Many listings have seat numbers, but others don’t. It took two calls to find the exact seat numbers—something I find important. "

Scammed by Vivid Seats

"Ordered one ticket in error as I needed two so called and was told I needed to buy two to get them together and I completed purchase. Then I was transferred to Customer Service to "process refund". Customer Service said they would only refund ticket if the event was cancelled. So I feel their representative lied to me. I was scammed into buying an extra ticket. I will not attend another event that a ticket has to be purchased from this ticket source. "

I was fraudulently sold a ticket and then refused a refund

"I was misled by the ticket agent, named Jose, when I purchased two tickets to a Boston Celtics game. I explained that the tickets were for an older couple that did not own smartphones. He assured me that the tickets could be printed out. I pressed him on this point and he assured me several times that the tickets could be printed. When I received the information about the tickets I realized that they could not be printed. I confirmed this both with Ticketmaster (the source of the tickets) and with the Celtics. Then when I tried to get a refund from Vivid Seats, I was stonewalled by two different customer service people. They just read me the "no refund" policy over and over and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Not only was I sold the tickets fraudulently, but it was followed up with the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. I would urge anyone considering doing business with Vivid Seats not to do so."

Never buy tickets from Vivid Seats!

"Wish I could leave a ZERO=they do not deserve 1 star. Purchased tickets to Shinedown Concert for 4-1-2022. $2500 dollars. I received an email confirming my order, which stated that my tickets have been transferred to me and I will be receiving another email for me to accept my tickets. I received that email. The problem is I kept getting error message that said try again later. I have tried for 2 weeks. Can not call this company as you go through the prompts it auto disconnects and says you can not talk to a real representative until 7 days before the event. I did not receive any email to download tickets. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Do yourself a favor-never buy tickets from this scam company."

"When I ordered 5 tickets I was told I could not get 5 seats together and had to purchase 3 tickets in row AA and 2 tickets in row K . When we got to Wintrust stadium there were only 100-125 people there in a stadium that hold 10000 people. Why was I misinformed?"
