"Prior to my purchase, I attempted to contact Vivid Seats multiple times via telephone, online chat, and email. I was trying to make a special purchase for my son's 16th birthday and did not want any errors. I was NEVER able to reach a human. Even my three emails went unanswered. Reluctantly made purchase because this was the only way that I could find to get Field Passes. Finally, received tickets/passes and they were not what we wanted and had tried to avoid beforehand. Received email telling me to call them (provided a different telephone number than is posted), first agent was yawning loudly and had no idea why I was told to call. I tried to explain my displeasure and he hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak to supervisor. This agent said that his supervisor was not taking calls and that he was the most senior agent. He sort of listened to me, but could not do anything for me. Said they had no seats to switch with. However, on their website they had much better seats for $237 each where I had paid them $551 each for bad seats. Very disappointing experience when I tried to do everything to avoid this type of mess in the first place. "
"I don't know ANYTHING about digital tickets and was totally ignorant of how the process works, so I was hesitant to even call, but I was desperate to do something very special for my "vol for life" husband. Carlos made all those embarrassed feelings go away! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a simple way for me. "I recently logged on to my Vivid seats app and ended up having a question and resorted to calling. I ended up purchased 5 expensive 2nd row lower level tickets to the Brooklyn Nets vs Milwaukee Bucks game. I was offered a slight discount by the representative. As soon as I got off of the phone, I see that I could have had a 10% discount on the tickets which would have saved me a few hundred dollars more. I am disappointed that the representative could have told me I would have saved more by just booking through the app! "

But the rep who tried to help me kept getting kicked out of my order and each time the price was increasing which is not fair to me how are the rates changing in the middle of the conversation also the tickets states online available 1-5 tickets but the rep stated only 2 tickets available but I had no choice but go further back and pay more money wow that’s crazy bad business model to make to trying to make people make a decision and buy something buy raising the price every second wtf only reason I purchased here because it’s not on ticket master I swear vivid seats **** I really liked u guys before this because of the perks with my cc issuer but now I hope I don’t have to use y’all again i rather just pay more out the gate than feel like and lured in by one price and them having to pay another and then the rep told me she would be giving me a discount i think she took it back because she got a attitude she started to get rude and snappy it ok though "
