The event was rescheduled twice and no longer suited our travel plans (it was illegal to travel for non-essential purposes) however they were happy to keep my money US$500. Well after running my credit card, he told me since he used the 5% off that I couldn’t receive the full 10% anymore. I would have obviously picked the full 10% off versus 5% because I have a brain. Would not recommend this company unless they plan to fix this issue. "
