"Up set, due to being an older person and not knowing how to use this old phone; was made to use it anyway. --- I needed the tickets sent UPS. ---They would not. I get UPS all the time, and yes even now during COVID.---- They set it on the porch for me to get and ring my door bell.----- I like my tickets in my hand . The people at the door can wear gloves. ---- So come April 6, 2022 . I better get into the door all 4 of us. Or I will be very upset. Nothing has come to me showing where on my phone, the Vivid Seats / people at the door will scan for the tickets? ---- I need to see it.--- Send me the simple email showing where the door ticketer will scan my phone for 4 of us to get in with out and upsetting night on our anniversary of 35 years.

"Tried to purchase tickets online but I kept getting a notification to "enter a valid zip code" - I kept reentering my zip code over and over again. I tried different browsers on two different laptops as well as on my phone and the site wouldn't recognize my zip code as valid...I then had to call the customer service line and after waiting 15 minutes or so, I was finally able to purchase tickets. What is up with you website? It was a very frustrating experience and not convenient in the least.
The only positive about my experience was the Rep who helped me purchase seats over the phone. Ruddy C - was very helpful and apologized for the site malfunctioning and the frustration that caused and the time I wasted.

"I went on to the Vivid Seats website and searched for tickets to an event. I located seats and went through the purchase process. When I clicked the Purchase button I received a note from the website that my seats had been purchased by someone else in the meantime and it kicked me back to place where I could choose new seats. I then went to another ticketing website and purchased tickets. Later, I received an email from Vivid Seats confirming my purchase. Apparently, the transaction did go through and I see the charges on my credit card. I contacted Vivid Seats support about the error and they refused to cancel my purchase. THEIR website made a mistake but they refuse to accept responsibility. Now I am stuck with tickets that I will certainly lose money on when trying to resell. BUYER BEWARE!"
