When contacting this company I was told they are short handed. When I finally received an RMA # they told me I would only receive refund for the one rim & not the one that I never received. Every time i contact this company I have to wait on hold for more than 30 minutes. No one I speak with seems to know anything that is happening and repeatedly I am told they are short handed."
