"I went in to get a flu shot. There was a problem with getting the insurance information to approve which finally after 2 days they did. I'm glad they tried so hard to do that. Then I go in to get the flu shot I show up 40 minutes before they close and they tell me that's not enough time go away come again another day. I already don't have time because it's taking so long to sort out the insurance issue I sure don't have time to come back another day. I was told to not be there at 8:30 as it wouldn't be enough time I show up at 8:18 p.m. 42 minutes before closing and I'm told again not enough time. I hate that this is my only local source I will look for an alternative"
"Unfortunately, in Thomasville there are very few choices to fill a prescription. We use this one because it is close to our home. I never take the time to give one star reviews, but if I could leave a zero star review I would. The drive up window is terribly slow, I have had to come back 2 or more times before because I couldn't wait any longer. Today was even more special, because my wife's prescription wasn't ready after it was promised today, after telling us on Wed to come back. So I came back today to be told it was going to be Monday. When I asked her to double check, she said it was going to be February ??. She was just making up something to get me to leave. What a poorly run place. She went to get the Pharmacist, and he told me that I was just going to have to call my doctor's office and get a different drug. My wife is a Cancer patient, this isn't for the flu. No compassion, and he got upset defending the girl at the window. I will take his advise and call the doctor's office on Monday to see if we can switch her to another medicine, but the prescription will be sent somewhere else. "

"I've ordered a few things through Walgreens online before with minimal issues (people at the front couldn't figure out where the packages were), but this most recent time has made me decide never to purchase anything online through them again.
I recently purchased a scale for shipping purposes back on September 27th and the email said that it would take 3-7 business days to ship to the store. I waited and waited and never received a 'delivered status' email or phone call. I went in on Oct. 14th and the cashier clerk said that it was still being shipped. I checked my tracking status and it showed that it was delivered to the store but was being sent back?? So I called the Walgreens help number and spoke with someone and they said that it must have been a glitch and that I should receive it the following Monday. Never heard anything.
I checked the tracking status the following Tuesday and it said that it was shipped to Georgia?? (I live in Chandler, AZ). I called the Walgreens help number and they said that they couldn't give me a refund that I would have to dispute it with Paypal Credit (who I bought it through).
I called Paypal credit and they said it could take up to 60 days to get a refund.
LONG story short. Don't order online through Walgreens- they're not consistent and will not refund you if your packages are never delivered.

"I was pleasantly surprised today when a manager walked by and stopped to ask me if I needed help. I gladly accepted and explained the Walgreens app wasn’t working and came into the store to make the purchase and wanted him to honor an online discounts. Mike, the Manager from the Melbourne Florida store on Wickham road next to Aldi was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I wish there were more Mikes in this world. Thank you!"
"I went to my local Walgreens on Laburnum, where I love the people who work there, but it is a slow pharmacy a lot of the time because they don't have enough help-. That being said the doctor wrote a prescription for me to have filled which was a solution. It had to have four different things to add to the bottle to use to rinse my mouth. I have a horrible virus which has left my mouth so sore. My local store said they did not do solutions so I took it to the store on Broad and Libby in Richmond VA, where they advised me. This is the only store that does solutions. They informed me that this solution would take 72 hours. I explained I was really sick and needed this sooner what could I do. Nothing, it takes 72 hours period. So here it is Thursday, and I am at work, can't eat, mouth so sore, taking Advil just waiting for Sat at noon to go back and get it. I would have tried another place even if I had to pay for it but I was just so sick, I didn't want to run all around trying to get it filled. I called Walmart and they said they would do it but you know I just didn't feel like going back to get my prescription. I will have to check my insurance and change from Walgreens. I used CVS before and I really liked them but my insurance made some kind of deal with Walgreens so here I go. I will be on Medicare soon and if they take CVS, that is where I will go. Walgreens let me down in a big way. "

"I dropped off my prescription for a narcotic, which I have been using. I moved, so I looked for a new pharmacy. Walgreens informed me that they would do a prior authorization with my insurance company. This process took weeks, but when the authorization was granted, this pharmacist stated that he wouldn't fill the prescription because, "he wasn't comfortable". I read it as a license to profile. I am a professional that works in the courts with a Master's Degree, but I was rear ended on two occasions in the past four years, and that is AFTER my back was already injured. No one at Walgreens cared to elaborate on this pharmacist "comfort" while I am uncomfortable with pain. If the doctor wrote it, and Cigna approves it, why does the pharmacist have a say? He never informed me that he was a part of the process two weeks ago. Profiling is alive and well!"

Am almost 62 and have a lot of health issues. I left and called another store! The pharmacist at other store said that was not!! a Walgreens policy!! Went back to get my script and roommate went in to get scrip for me cause I was so upset!! Mike was overheard calling another customer on phone and was calling the customer and his mother a liar!!! I reported them to company and was to get a phone call. still no phone call!!! Please stay away from the Walgreens on hwy 41 near downtown Fort Myers FL. Thankyou!!!"

At the check out the same clerk says Pepsi is limit of 3 for the sale price ‼️ So I put them all back in the pile along with 56 dollars worth of other items went to RITE AID got the same deal but was able to buy 9 with no worries. "My doctor called in a new RX for my insulin, instead of them filling the new RX like they were suppose to, they filled the old RX, I ran out of insluin, they could not fill it again for 3 more days. I called them to find out what I could do, and was told "oh, I see where there is a new RX on file for this medication, we can fill this and it will be 30 mins before it is ready to pick up.
Note: The doctor called the new RX in April, my RX was filled on 5/11/18 so, I had to pay another co-pay for something I was supposed to have gotten in the first place.
Terrible service. moving my business to CVS Pharmacy, hope they will be better. "
"I went to Walgreen's just to pick up a prescription that was ready. I am handicapped and have to use a walker. I drive in and the drive through is completely closed so I have to park and go walk from the car all------ the way to the back end of the store to the pick-up window and when I get there, there is a bunch of people waiting and nowhere to sit so here I am tired out already and the line is moving painfully slow. When I finally get up to the window I ask why is drive-through closed? seems they are short of help, only one person there and he is none too fast. so I finally get my meds then the long---- treck back to the car phew! so wore out!!! I just hope they can get more help because I just can't do this every time!!"
