"Me and my friends went to Walgreens in Stratford Connecticut and this lady was rushing us to leave and buy something and we was thinking what we was gonna buy "
"My experience at Walgreen Drive thru Pharmacy at 6817 Taft Hollywood Fl was a nightmare the younggirl at the window need to adjust her attitude dealing with the public and If The Pharmacist is her leader I see why she is going in the wrong direction (Attitude) she need a better Leader!!!! Now I will changing my location ."
"I visit my local Walgreens at least every other day in Monroe North Carolina on Dickerson Boulevard. There is a Woman by the name of Sharon I don't know her last name but we always speak. This woman knows more about the store than I think any of the managers or owners do. She is there early in the mornings late at night and on holidays. I have never heard her complain. She is always very helpful and a very excellent role model. For a while the company had her in cosmetics, then I seen her putting up stock and other areas of the store, at the front cash register, at the photo lab. This is one lady that needs to be praised for the job that she does and the way she represents Walgreens. I'm pretty familiar with things in Walgreens and their locations, but this individual always let you know about the specials or things on sale, she is very knowledgeable about the products that I buy. I think it's about time Walgreens recognizes this individual. Thank you Betsy Aycock"
"Placed an online order for instore picked. Four days later received an email that order was canceled with a generic link to Walgreens.com/Terms. Would it be too much to ask for a little customer service and state why the order was canceled. After looking at their ratings here, I guess it is too much to ask. Walgreens ... never agian. "
"LIVID & FED up in being treated poorly. Let your voice be heard. Call Walgreens Corp Office. Ph# 1–800–925–4733.
re: Walgreens at 1101 McHenry Ave in Modesto, CA; this pharmacy is always getting bad reviews.
Let Walgreen's Corp office know, lodge your complaint, get a case number, have the District Manager call you. Let Walgreen's know, your voice needs to be heard. Poor customer service is not acceptable."
"They pharmacist, Suda (sp?) was WONDERFUL! But she left. The women there now, are horrible... especially the one who dyes her hair blue... she is RUDE, short tempered, always seems mad. I
have been going there since it opened.... I am now moving to
another pharmacy! "
"Called to place a prescription order through Walgreens mail service and they wanted to charge me $615 for what I could purchase at Walmart, Kroger and a couple other pharmacies for only $124 without a prescription. I asked why they were charging me so much because I had a prescription plan that pays for my prescription. They said their cash price was $800 and my insurance was paying $185 (More than the average price of the prescription) but still leaving leaving me a $615 balance even though the cash price at other retailers is only $124 to $162 depending on which store. This is what I would call “Double Dipping” and taking advantage of someone with a Medical condition. "
"The Cheyenne and Rampart pharmacy used to be a great pharmacy, up until they decided to start making the decision to stop filling my prescriptions. When I'm experiencing severe pain from old work injuries and a motorcycle head-on collision accident, it's not fair that they decide who receives their medication or not.
I can completely understand that they have been cracking down on the usage of controlled medication, but when there's nothing else a patient can do to help eliminate the pain, it's like they don't care how much a patient will have to suffer without their meds. Considering I'm on a fixed income and disabled, I'm not able to locate another pharmacy who will, especially only to discover that other pharmacies are refusing to refill my prescriptions also. I even tried the Walgreens at 9420 W Lake Mead Blvd., which is closer to where I reside, but they took one look at my prescriptions and immediately said they don't have any in stock and returned my prescriptions to me.
If they're going to start making the decision on who can and cannot receive their much needed medication, then I am inclined to say that they will be included in the discrimination lawsuit that will be filed.
What's the purpose of running a pharmacy if a patient can't have their prescriptions refilled?"
"Diane -- and other pharmacists are rude, not helpful, not informed, uncaring, and incompetant. They lose prescriptions all the time! Then they don't call back or even care. Don't use!!!!!"
"Walgreena has a medicare prescription plan that sounded like it would save me money. NOT! I can get prescriptions cheaper on Good RX than I can with my insurance!! They have the worst voicemail system & I have spent hours (if not days of I accumulate the hours!!) trying to get the right prices. Everytime I get a new prescription now, I call United Health Care to find out the correct price before I pick it up. Walgreens has literally tried to charge me $200+ more on prescriptions than United Healthcare has it listed for!!! Sad thing is that Walgreens doesnt care. People at the top sit in their lofty office making millions while we get voicemail!! Don't choose them."
"Words cannot describe. Furthermore, the right words are probably not allowed here. Just sickening, literally! Understaffed to a degree, whereas it is absolutely unfathomable by any thinking person! Not even worth my time to write anything else. AVOID!"
"I'm medically disabled. I've had all my meds fi!led at this Walgreens in Alma, AR for several yeats. I go to drop off my scripts today and Tara, the Pharmacist tells me she won't fill them because the dosage is too high. She then loudly announced that she can call my doctor to get the doses all lowered and then fill them and also announced the names of my medicines in front of several customers standing at the counter. She treated me like a criminal and embarrassed me. This is professional miscknduct. She violated my right to privacy, under the HIPPA laws and discriminated against me me because of the type of medicine I require and because I am disabled. Furthermore she is in violation of the AMA for attempt I to practice medicine without a !icense.I have been advised that I am protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act from being discriminated against. I have Had the same dosage from the same doctor every month on the same day at that Walgreens for years. My script is valid and on time. Now I am without the medicine in prescribed. I called Price Cutter and was told they aren't taking any new patients at their pharmacy. WHAT???? REALLY? SO have scripts I can't fill? Guess I will end up sick in the hospital from going without my meds. That seems like some pain and suffering for sure. Very medically irresponsible for refusing to fill valid regular monthly scripts. If this isn't quickly resolved K plan to file complaints with the Age by for Americans With Disabilities, the State PHARMACY Board, The HIPPA Agency, the American Medical Association and file Suits."
"Spent 15 minutes in the drive-through with the person in front of me I had to call and let them know if there was a person in front of me I waited another five minutes drove around the person in front of me went inside got my prescription and still beat the guy in front of me out. Doesn’t need any more explanation"
"Seriously, anybody using GoodRx as their pharmacy discount card needs to start shopping at Hyvee instead of Walgreens. Walgreens was $20 higher for the same antibiotic that I paid for it at Hyvee. My prescription was $27 at Hyvee and it was $47 at Walgreens. Plus you get gas rewards if you shop at Hyvee."
"today is 2018/02/21, we went to wal green at 101coors blvd nw, albuquerque, nm 87121, the pharmacy manager is brandy, B, the tech is Tricia. our doctor call in to Brandy for our prescription, then call us to let us know, sertrline, two pills a day, 90 days supply, for a year. so I call walgreen ***-***-****, Brandy answer the phone, she said she just got the prescription, 30 pill for 30 days supply, no refill, If I want something different, I need call the doctor. so I did. after 30 min hard work, I finally get thru the doctor and tell them what brandy said. The doctor office was confused. so they call walgreen again. I also did. this time, I talk to jesemin, she is very nice and she said I get 180 tablets and come to pick up. before I hang up, doctor office called that they claim there is nothing wrong with precription. we should get sertraline for 90 days supply, 180 tablets. I was confused and went quickly to pick up our meds before they change their mind. we picked up the meds and paid for it. we asked the cashier " who is brandy?", they pointed to pharmacist manager. We went and wait on line to talk to her. we asked her "what happened?" she said the doctor office change the prescription. We know she lied. She abused her power to put us thru the hell for her job frustration. only because, we need medicine and she can. we pointed out her lie and ask to talk to dispute department. suddenly, there is a sharp voice from Tricia, service tech that dispute needed to be filled with doctor on the phone. I remember her, everytime she answered the phone, she snaps about everything, no answers, always doctor office need do more things. I wonder why Tricia shouted out to me, when we were talking to Brandy. The lies continues. Brandy asked us to sit down and wait on the side for linda the assistant store manager to take our complain. Linda look very young and busy. I went to front end and verify if Linda is really assistant manager. Corrina said she is , Linda is only trainee. so we told her what happened. before we finish, Corrina told us that she need to get our file. so she did. There is only one and original prescription, it says Zoloft , 2 tablets per day, 60 per month, 5 refills. it is enough for 90 days supply , a couple time. Brandy lied to us. unfortunately, Corrina sees it differently, she went on that insurance requires ...... or we have to pay more later on...... we know Corrina lies now. we have taking this medicine for over 5 years and get refill from walgreen. after walgreen run thru computer, we pay the co-pay. we never get call back for more money. and the medicine we get is sertraline ,not zoloft. someone falsify the prescription. wal green should be more concern that prescription says zoloft and we get sertraline refilled. now, Corrina accuse us twist her words and change her mind to give us a copy of prescription. we were told by another assisstant manger Xavier that store mange will call us tomorrow and report to 1-***-***-**** for the records. we call 1-888---, Lowell told us to call Hector perez ***-***-****, he is walgreen regional ...."
