When I went today mid-morning to pick them up, I was informed the photo equipment was not working and my pictures were not ready. Nobody called or sent an email with this information so I drove to the store for nothing. This had happened for the second time. I asked for the manager who never showed up so after some time I left the store looking for another nearby Walgreens. Thumbs down big time!!

"My doctor wired over my script on Monday morning. Stopped in late Monday afternoon, was told if I care to wait, they will have it ready in 10 minutes. I said I would just stop back. Went back Tuesday morning, again, I was told I can wait 10 minutes and they will have it ready for me. Mid afternoon went back, but this time I was told if I could wait 20 minutes, they would have it ready. I again said I would stop back. Hopefully this time they will be able to pull their heads out of their a$$e$. Now it is Wednesday morning, nothing! "
"Walgreens offered purchasing $30 participated gift card(s) and getting $10 Walgreens card as a bonus back to 2018 Christmas season. But bonus card has $0 balance that was NOT activated that time. I was told I need to provide receipts. I was lucky to find my receipts for activation, but the manager then told me that their store is NOT responsible for this issue due to the system problem. How can I trust such the business as they don't honor what they did? "
"My fiance bought 2 greendot reload cards for $300 each and the cashier failed to give them to her. When she got into her car she realized she didn’t have them and went back into the store to get them only to be called a liar and treated as if she was trying to scam them. Here it is a week later and we still have got no money returned much less the actual green dot cards we paid for. They essentially have robbed us of $600 and treated us as if we are criminals. Never have I ever been so disgusted with the lack of respect, competence, and customer service before as these have displayed."

* Do you want to assemble your order on the website, check local availability, place it and just buzz in and pick it up on your way home? Fergitaboutit. They haven't figured that out yet. Stupid.
* How about those nice promo prices on the website? Will they be honored at the store? For the exact same items? Um, maybe. Maybe not. "You have to go to the store to find out." says customer 'service'.
Yet, you can have the same stuff that is at already at the store shipped to the store. Stupid.
It's a shame because Walgreens stores are OK and the people who run them do their best, but their corporate business model will probably sink them within a couple years. And Amazon will be blamed when it's really the fault of arrogant, head-in-the-sand Walgreens' executive management. Stupid.
Competitors now allow you to place an order online, pull up to a special parking area at a local store and they bring it to your car. Why would anyone do business with the Walgreen fossil company?"

"Ok so this is long. TLDR version at the bottom:
I ordered a customized mug. I get it and it's chipped. I get it refunded and that was great - not everyone there is incompetent. There are some ok ones. Flash forward to a few months later, and I decided to try and reorder my item. I didn't recustomize it - I just went to my account and reordered it. Somehow my order changed (not sure how as I didn't change anything!) and I got a different mug (this matters). So I call and complain, and explain what my order was supposed to be. On this call, no one told me that somehow my order changed, they just reordered it for me for free. So basically I get the same order twice that was messed up. I didn't know why. So I call and get some chick named Shantel or something? Her phone kept cutting out so I'm not sure if that was her name. She WOULD NOT listen and even try to comprehend my complicated situation. I was fed up and wanted a refund on the one I paid for- she says "Well that's a lot of refunds" as if I'm trying to just scam her, claims what I ordered is "what I ordered", and starts interrupting and yelling at me. I yelled back. She refused to listen and so I hung up. I call back and got Tricia (?) and she was professional, listened to me, made sure she understood what I was saying, and reordered my ORIGINAL order (which is fine, I didn't ask for a refund this time). I don't know if it'll still be wrong, but I appreciated her efforts to inform me and satisfy me as a customer.
TLDR: order got messed up 3 times, no one informed me after I told them what I ordered vs what I got that somehow the order got changed in the system, and a customer rep YELLED at me and implied I was trying to scam them. "

"I am a long time customer of Walgreens (not sure why) and always run into issues when getting prescriptions filled due to an illness. Seems their online prescription system doesn’t receive what is sent from the doctors office and/or a terrible wait time. Yesterday I had issues picking up flu meds and today the same for my husband. We had to drive back to urgent care and get his prescription in paper because their system wasn’t working. I will be changing pharmacies for sure. Enough is enough."
"The lady working the drive thru at 8:25 pm on Jan 8, 2019 is the most disrespectful employee I have encountered. Immediately she was annoyed that I was even there. When I gave her my name She LITERALLY smirked and expressed sheer pleasure in telling me that my normal $55 prescription is now $233. She proceeded to look at me smiling ear to ear. I assumed I hadn’t been given generic and requested generic. With a sarcastic smirk, she condescendingly said,“That it is generic.” I gave her my ID and credit card without saying one word. She called a lady manager over who never looked up to make eye contact. I could tell they were talking about me. I don’t know why, I never asked to speak to anyone. I looked up the price of the generic medicine, it is 58 bucks. Called back to speak with someone and even though their sign says they are open til 10 - they closed at 9pm. For the most part, I loathe surveys. In my profession, I Too deal with surveys and social media comments. I make it a point to give everyone “completely satisfied” if my experience is remotely okay. I know surveys can be unfair to the business so I never give bad surveys out of respect for fellow survey sufferers, until this Walgreens experience. Because I was treated so impressively poorly, I want someone outside of League City, Tx to know how disrespectful this staff is treating YOUR clients that pay YOUR salaries. WOW. Just WOW."
"I took a survey when I was supposed to get some free men watch, and I was supposed to pay only for the shipping and handling about six or seven dollars and I was supposed to get a men watch witch it cost about $120 and it was all a lie because when I got the watch, I think I overpay whith the almost $7 for the shipping and handling, because the watch doesn't cost $2 it is ugly and really poor quality, and for everything I feel that I have been lied to and offended, and it is a shame because that's unlikely with Walgreens."
"Walgreens.com is the worst. They always cancel sale item online orders. If you are going to have a sale of such item make sure you stock it. They have cancelled two of my orders in the past month. Not only did I lose my online coupon for said item I also miss out on the sale due to their lack of stocking. When the order was placed it was good to go, then cancelled a couple days later. Can't tell me within all the Walgreens NO ONE has diapers in stock. That's ridiculous. They just don't want to honor the sale they post. Yet they still take your money and hold onto for 7 to 30 days! Customer service is NO help at all after your initial SOL email response they just ignore further communications.
The pharmacy here also takes FOREVER!!!!!!! The drive thru takes about an hour to pick up simple antibiotics. "

"Using the Walgreen Brand product for Tylenol and Benedryl, I did not feel any effect of these drugs. The printed amounts of drug in Wal pills were the same as amounts printed on Tylenol/Benadryl. I believe the Walgreen brand does not match the others & does not contain the medicine. I hope drugs are checked in a lab."
