"Well the bank that I use to have has always had a problem with purchases from Walmart. I went to purchase this excellent computer and my card kept declining. I called my bank like any person would do especially knowing that the funds were there. Upon my former banks request I was told to type my card number in and the transaction would go through. Long story short two managers were called and the response time of these managers was wonderful. Thought I was going to have to wait for them but no within about a minute or two they were there and allowed me to punch my card number in and the transaction finally went through. Thank you Walmart for your patience and understanding. "
"Crushed items in shipping , too big of a hassle to mail a 5 dollar item back to them, for them to replace it I would then have to pay their shipping cost. Not worth it. This times 3 pack bottle of pills open it and only 2 bottles inside. I am thru with Walmart."
"I was the subject of ageism by walmart inc. I am utterly upset about the way this company handles business. I believe I was targeted because of my age because they felt that they could just push me off. My order was delayed for weeks before cancellation. Walmart had no idea where it was and promised me various different delivery dates. I am so upset I will never buy anything from this company. The customer service department is a mixed bag carlos and liz were very unhelpful and unprofessional but santiago and jose were pleasant. The inconsistency issues leads me to only buy from reliable suppliers like Amazon."
"I was at Walmart in New Richmond WI on August 21, 2020. I have had way too many wrong rings in the past that I now scan everything on there app before I put it in my cart. I had a cart load of items and found a blemish kit for $1.82. I scan and it rings up $7.97. I look at the upc and it matches. Mind you, the UPC strip is above the tags, which are above the item. The UPC strip is one that goes across the shelf so items are put in the correct spot. The corresponding tags are then put directly below, but above the product. I finish my shopping and go to the checkout. When the cashier rings up the item for the higher price I inform her that the tag stated $1.82. I show her the picture I took of the item and she agreed it should be $1.82. She then couldn't find her override key so she called a CSM over. CSM is a Customer Service Manager. CSM Kristen then came over, did a price check and removed all the product in that spot. She told me the price was $7.97 and the product was in the wrong spot. I told her the product is not in the wrong spot because of the UPC strip. (The UPC strip is about 4 feet long, meaning the item is in the correct spot) CSM Kristen then said that the tag was in the wrong spot and that someone must have moved it. I then told her it wasn't me and I want it for the listed price of $1.82. Also if she didn't believe me to pull the tapes of me in the isle. CMS Kristen said she wasn't doing that and the price was $7.97. I then asked her if she wanted to lose a sale of approximately $200 over $5. CSM Kristen said to do whatever I wanted. So I left. All over $5."
"During the COVID-19 lockdown, we had no choice but to shop online. Walmart has given me the WORST online shopping experience ever! I placed an order in March and then tried to cancel it later the same day. The next day I received an email saying that my "request was forwarded to the supplier, who will contact you shortly", with no mention of who the supplier was or how to contact them. The next day, I received an order confirmation saying my order was received and being processed by UNBEATABLE SALE INC. Who are they?? I was dealing with Walmart!
I immediately emailed Walmart again to confirm my order cancellation. No one replied or contacted us. 3 weeks later, I received an email confirming my order had shipped and my credit card was debited. After researching online, I was able to find the customer service email for Unbeatable Sale and advised them of the situation. They replied that I could return the item for a full refund. Great! However, the cost of returning it was MY responsibility. In addition, they insisted that I use a carrier or postal service that could provide a tracking number. They could not process a credit without it. So, I paid $31.00 to return it in April. After 4 months and numerous emails back and forth, I am STILL waiting for a credit!
I strongly advise everyone to STAY AWAY from Walmart online!!!

"Today, August 12, 2020, I went to Walmart at approximately 5:15 pm to exchange a propane tank. It is located at the corner of Pima Rd & Chaparral Rd in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Walmart store has only one entrance open and it is the furthest from the garden center. Going through that entrance, I spoke with a cashier who was handling the self-serve registers. He informed me that I would have to cashier 11 to pay for the exchange and then leave the store and bring the tank to the garden center. Well cashier 11 was by the entrance that is closed, so something of a walk. In-route to that cashier I noted there were only two registers with cashiers and cashier 11 was one of them. Thus, each cashier had at least five customers waiting with approximately 40 items in there basket. Therefore, I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for at most a one-minute transaction.
Secondly, while walking back to my car the sidewalk is blocked off forcing the customer to walk in the driveway. I cannot but wonder how effective a negligence lawsuit would be against Walmart should a customer be struck by a car while the customer is forced to walk in the driveway?
So to recap I had to enter the entrance furthest from the garden center and the register I needed to use. Then wait 15 minutes for a one-minute transaction. Then walk all the way back to the open entrance, endangering my life because I am forced to walk in the driveway instead of the sidewalk, get the propane tank and carry it or drive to the garden center. Exchange the tank, and possibly walk back to my car, once again endangering my life because I am forced to walk in the driveway instead of the sidewalk with a full tank of propane. Should I be hit by a car while carrying the propane tank it should cause one heck of an explosion.
It appears the in the era of covid-19 customer service has been sacrificed and Walmart does not care about inconveniencing or endangering the customer.
In order to submit this story I had to give Walmart a higher rating than it deserves.

"After my second horrible experience with Walmart and the inept customer service I will not be ordering from them again. I received a destroyed 60 lb package from FEDEX that looked like it was dropped from a 2 story window. After returning the item via FEDEX, I've spoken to customer service 10 times now to get a refund. They are incapable of doing their jobs. Each rep assures me of the processed refund which never happens. I had originally ordered a replacement but cancelled it because they are taking so much of my time I don't want to deal with them ever again.
I've not had this experience in the past ordering small items but if you order a large item and you need to return it save yourself the headache and order elsewhere."
"I ordered three times from Walmart this month. Not once did they deliver on time (when THEY said they would). The first of the three times they canceled after a day, stating the product was out of stock. Why did it take a day for them to determine that after I spent an hour searching and asserting they had a good price? I had to find the product at another vendor and order it again.
The second of the three times they promised to deliver a product in two days. That was essential b/c I needed it for a trip I was taking in three days. The product was not delivered before I left 2.75 days later. When I got home from my trip the package was on my porch. I had to return the package unopened as it was no longer needed. That is when I learned about the return shipping policy. They use US Postal Service, and the system is not as convenient or reliable as Amazon returns, in my experience. For example, there is no links provided to arrange the return. They do provide a return label, but you have to arrange the return separately with the USPS, which has its own reliability issues (I arrange for them to retrieve the package on a certain day, but they did not come, so I had to arrange it a second time).
The third time I ordered from Walmart this month was two days ago. The package was supposed to arrive "by the end of the day" yesterday. It did not arrive, which is why I'm writing this review. Their delivery provides a tracking number. But unlike other package tracking services, this is provides minimal information that is hardly useful. It only indicates the time the package was shipped and the deadline for meeting their shipping agreement. The arrival deadline is provided when the product was ordered, so that is not helpful. Importantly, there are no updates when the package is late, so if you need something, you are in a bind. So their tracking system is essentially useless.
The only reason to buy from Walmart is sometimes their prices are lower than Amazon or other online vendors. But the time I have wasted just this month suggests the few buck I would have saved is not close to the value of the time I wasted dealing with them. I will avoid them in the future. "
"no issue with the product. great prices"
"Next Day Eligible Delivery-NOT
I order from Walmart more often now for Next Day Eligible. I have done this since 2019. There have been on more than one occasion when I don’t get my order on the guaranteed day maybe the next day though. This has a lot to do with who they contract with to do their deliveries.
I usually do not have a problem. This time I did because I waited for the order and at 7:54pm on 8/4/2020 it is stated that a delivery was attempted but NO ADULT was home. I know this was a lie because at least two adults & one child were at home the entire day. There is no way about it, there was NEVER an attempt, no vehicle that came to our home.
So, I expected it to be delivered on 8/5/2020. By the end of the day on 8/5/2020, still no delivery. So around 11pm I contact online. They check into it and it seems they can NOT help me out. They have someone call me. I repeat that I have not gotten this order and that there has been nothing in tracking since the day before. So, again I go through giving all my information again. Then I am on hold….on hold…So the lady gets back to me and AGAIN I have to explain about a missing order. So they are now calling FedEx. I am on hold, she gets back to me and says she is on hold and could she call me back. So when she finally gets back she says well there was NO ONE at home the previous day. I was like UGH, I am like ma’am as I explained that is not the truth, NO ONE came to our house at ALL to make a delivery, we have proof. It is like they want to blame us. So now I am told that FedEx will deliver on 8/6/2020. So NOTHING is solved just that I again have to WAIT.
Well, guess what, at the end of 8/6/2020 still NO delivery. In fact the LAST time anything was entered it was 8/4/2020 at 7:54pm saying no adult at home.
So, I called this time and spoke to someone. They are NOW telling me well it looks like it is out for delivery today 8/7/2020. I am like I was reassured before it would have been delivered days ago. So now I have to wait until the end of today before I can get an answer.
If Walmart wants to get into the game of charging close a hundred for grocery deliveries they need to fix what they have problems with now. I know a lot of other people whose orders they pick up at the stores are s screwed up that their trip is useless then they have to go through getting refunded.

"Be careful with Walmart.com shipment arrival dates.
Know/Find out where your ordered items are coming from. Domestic or Overseas
I ordered bicycle parts on 7/13. I was advised that parts would be delivered between 7/17 - 7/22.
I when to USPS.com to track the delivery.
The package was shipped on 713 from GOD KNOWS WHEREVER.
USPS - Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 3:21 pm on July 15, 2020 in FLUSHING, NY 11351
IN FLUSHING , NY. I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY. Stuff does not take a week to get to my location from NY.
Never to be seen or hear from again.
Wrote to walmart.com and was told it was an outside seller. An additional response was that due the Covid-19 you will have to wait and additional week to get your item. MAYBE!!!
If you need an item even Walmart.com in no help and can not be relied on."
"Every time I order things online for pick up, there is ALWAYS something that they say they have, I order it, they take the money, and I get informed that they don't actually have my item/items. This causes my money to be refunded, which takes days for the bank to process. If you are going to have people order online for pick up, update your system on a more regular basis, because it ****, and I am finally done with Walmart completely."
"Boycott all stores that push communist masks. Even after the political hoax is over. End all big chain stores."
"I’m first going to talk about my online experience. Discussed as far back as roughly 3 years, when I made a big purchase with the correct address and it was delivered by a man in another neighborhood. This showered my experience with them so I hadn’t done any online shopping until just recently. Each order was a two day delivery with the exception of a few items go buy another retailer. Each item with either delayed or lost.Speaking with someone it’s like dealing with an insurance company, it takes for ever and see if people can solve your simple problem. As for My experience in store, when I shop for myself I have no problem. I did a pick up and among all the employees, no one had a walk-in talkie or could help me. They kept telling to go to the return isle so they could page the guy with the walk-in talkie. Apparently he was in charge of the electronic pick up kiosk. I did pick bc of covid and now I was standing in the always long return line waiting to speak to the 1 person working an actual register besides the McDonald’s to page the guy with a walk-in talkie. This last experience has made a a target shopper. They are cleaner, more organized, and more polite."
"I bought a large bird cage and got the confirmation email that it would be arriving the following Wednesday. Wednesday passed and now it says it’s coming a week later. I bought the item because of the date I would be getting it, if I knew it was going to take longer I would have preferred to buy a cage in person. "
