"I placed my order yesterday to have my food delivered today by 1pm it is now 5:30pm No order. I called it’s over 20 minutes wait time. I sent an email no response. When I did speak to someone they weren’t able to help me. They claim to be experiencing delays but from 1pm -5:30pm is ridiculous. I’m disappointed with Walmart’s delivery services. I’m gonna have to cancel this order & also dispute the charge with my bank. Epic fail"

"Walmart sells products that can't be refunded or exchanged with their new returns policy. This is just 1 0f 2 issues I've encountered. Secondly, if you get cash back at the register and the cashier hands you a C note, she'll close the drawer rapidly. You tell her you want it broke down, she states she can't open the drawer to do that, but you can go to the service desk and they will break it down. Guess what? The service desk says they have to call the manager, you patiently wait, but the manager tells you he can't do it per policy. I live in a small town. It's hard to get anyone to break it down. This particular Walmart has no bank facility on the premises like most do. 5647 population! "
"Ordered a TV that was supposed to be delivered on 3/7 but never showed up. Called walmart customer service and the guy said it was lost and the replacement would be here next day now I am being told it still hasn't even shipped. All they did was keep lying to me and are absolutely unhelpful. "

I emailed Walmart to find out it is actually shipping from electronics r us, who was completely unprofessional and call me a fraud! "Ordered a tv online from Walmart.com. Was told the tv would arrive in a week. At todays standards that seems awful slow. But I went ahead and ordered it anyways. Once I check out and pay I was informed it would take 2 weeks to arrive. Very unhappy. Seems Walmart.com uses Pilot Freight and then Pilot Freight uses Valley Freight to get the item to your house. Valley Freight is the one that put the extra delay on my tv. Seems Walmart.com could find better shipping companies to work with. I will NEVER make a major purchase at WALMART.COM again. "
"Purchased an Orbi Netgeat router from Walmart. It arrived but it was used. There was a password change on the units. They had to be reset to factory specs by my IT guy. There was NO INDICATION ANYWHERE THAT THIS WAS A USED UNIT! While it seems to be working, I should not have been charged full price. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS. I would not order again from them. "

"Walmart.com are extremely deceptive and have no respect for their customers. They kept giving my disabled father-in-law the run around. The poor man placed two orders in early February with a guaranteed 2-day delivery. Nothing was even shipped. A week later, nothing was shipped. After wasting a lot of time writing and calling Walmart Customer Service, he was given endless lies, incompetence and false hope.
In the end, Walmart unilaterally cancelled his two orders 2 weeks later, and sent him an offensive e-mail that said "We received your request and have successfully canceled". He NEVER cancelled his orders.
Few days later, they sent him an e-mail about the products he wanted (and were never shipped) that said "The wait is over. Back in stock alert!... Free 2-day delivery."
The poor man caught the Bait (and Switch), and he placed his order once again, after all the waste of time and lack of respect.
Walmart, once again, shipped NOTHING. A week later, after many follow-ups, fraudulent advertising without any shame, and false promises, Walmart unilaterally cancelled his 3rd order, and again sent him an e-mail that said "We received your request and have successfully canceled". Remember that he NEVER cancelled any of his 3 orders. That's was as wrong as it gets!
By contrast, I order from Amazon.com with a 2-day Guaranteed Delivery, and I always receive what I order in 2 days. In the very rare occasion they deliver a day or 4 later, they give me double the money I paid in a refund as well as a courtesy credit... even if its $300 with a sincere apology.
I would NEVER order ANYTHING from Walmart.com... Shame on you!...."
"Order an emergency food kit to update my earthquake kit and it was charged to my card, received my confirmation email and a delivery date. Apparently the price shot up later that week because now everybody became freaked out about this flu called Corona so Walmart simply just cancelled my order. They didn't even inform me of this, no email, nothing. Today I realized that the delivery date was in a few days and I haven't received a follow up email so I checked my account and saw that it has been cancelled. When I talked to customer service they try to claim that my bank put a hold on my credit card and I wasn't charged. That was a LIE! I told him that I was charged and when will I get my order. Well I'm not because (as he lies to me again!) That it was out of stock when I ordered it. I told him again it was not out of stock because I was charged and SENT a confirmation email. At this point he went on how it must be frustrating blah blah blah. YES, it is frustrating when a business just cancels your order without any reason so they can mark it up and make more money on the product and to continually lie to you about what happen!
Hey Walmart you truly live up to your rep! Thanks for saving me
time in the future by never shopping with you again and to always stay with a truly great and honest business called COSTCO! Which I may add isn't depressing to walk into, with every employee there obviously hating their job!
On that note, I'm now going to return my iMac pro I just bought because of this and because of your dishonest, NO INTEGRITY practices. I just don't trust you! Thank Paul"
"I shop at Walmart a lot. I will be coming in with my lawyer and I am going to sue Walmart for discrimination against me. there's a Somalian woman that works at Walmart that harasses me every time I come in there she had the nerve to ask to look in my purse without provocation which will never happen again she is the worst most rude employee I've ever had to deal with and I've had enough of her. So watch out Walmart I'm coming to get you"
"Thinking you can return an item to the store that you purchase online is wrong. Do not purchase anything online. When you go to Walmart.com you would think that it all belongs to Walmart, well it does not, you can only return certain things from online purchases. So misleading that I will not shop Walmart ever again
