"I sent my Movado watch in for repair and was given detailed information about the process. The repair was done according to the process and I have it back and it is perfect!
I would highly recommend Watch Repair USA for all watch repair!
Thank you again!"
"I was frankly a bit worried about sending my husband's Breitling off for repair to a place I'd never heard of. I'm so glad I did! Communication was good, with a timely inspection and cost estimate, and the repair was done on time. It looks better than it did when it was new, really shiny. And at 60% of the cost of the authorized repair store in Princeton!"
"Whilst others struggled to repair my watch (resulting in months of making do without) I found Watch Repairs USA. It was super easy to initiate repairs and they handled co-ordination with RADO in Switzerland where my watch had to be sent in the end for repair. I had my watch back in no time without any hassle. Don't waste your time with anyone else, use Watch Repair USA!"
"I could not be more delighted with the quality of the craftsmanship, service and attention to detail provided by Watch Repair USA. They completed my full service repair and recondition in less than three weeks (including shipping time there and back). This is no small feat as my 23 year old, well used (over 400 scuba dives) Tag Heuer Chronometer needed a lot of TLC. This is the second watch that these folks have worked miracles upon. A couple of years ago, they completely rebuilt my Tag Heuer 6000 series after a poorly executed service by a local "allegedly authorized" Tag jeweler which left the inner workings in near ruin. When I received it back from them it was like new. I would trust these people to care for my grand kids."
"I will NEVER do business with Watch Repairs USA due to their HORRIBLE customer service. Sent my Hublot watch because a clasp to band screw had fallen of. Was told it would take 3-6 weeks (paid 11.8.2016, 6 weeks put me at 12.20.2016). No Xmas present :(, called 12.25.2017, they told me early January 2017. Called January 24, to inquire AGAIN. Short story, it was fixed 2.5.2017, literally 3 months later!!!!
Don't bother calling and leaving a message for them to get back to you, WON'T HAPPEN!!!
Last thing, all they did was put a new screw.... That + putting the screw: $79.99 ... little harsh, had to go with it because shipping alone to get it back was $31.45 "
"I was reluctant to send a new watch to get repaired to any one after receiving the two watches had ordered from Neiman Marcus Last Call. Both watches did not work when I received them. The first I returned to exchange it and again the second one they sent me didn't work either. I really loved the style and was broken hearted to have to part with it. It was such a let down to receive the second one and it didn't work either.
My decision to send my watch to Watch Repairs was weighted in that I could either return it and not have the watch at all or get it repaired. I chose to send it to Watch Repairs USA and the whole experience was very friendly, reliable, and restored my trust in getting this watch repaired. From the moment I went online to input the information to where to send it and for insurance and to a secure and reliable environment was a smooth experience. , Watch Repairs USA kept me updated in every step of the repair. I was sent a email immediately from the time they received it. They sent me the estimate and gave the approximate time to repair and perform the maintenance of my watch and change the battery, to the time it was returned was all amazing. I was thankful for the time and effort they took to examine and work on my watch and return it in pristine condition. The condition I received it back was still brand new and shiny like the moment I first open it. Not a single scratch or smudge, I was thrilled how perfect it finally works now and keeps perfect time. They also gave me a guarantee for workmanship for one year the same as the mfg guarantee. I will definitely send it to them again when I need the battery replaced or any maintenance I may need in the future. I trust them and was very very pleased with their service and customer service. "
"My family bought the Seiko Watch years ago, got lost in a drawer until I rediscovered it! Still in the box it came in, I visited the Seiko website to find a local repair shop, to my dismay, I had to send it to an authorized repair facility, Much to my surprise, using the website was very easy, clear, definitive, instructions, printed the shipping label, but held up for a week before I sent it by UPS, afterwards, communication with Watch Repairs USA, was simple, easy and transparent. Notice during the interim was great, the estimate was more than reasonable, I authorized the payment, a time frame was given, and seemingly in a short time, the watch was on my wrist, looking stylish, new and polished, people that recognize the make comment on how beautiful it is, my response, I used Watch Repairs USA to replace the battery, get it cleaned and tuned up!!! Great Service, Work! my Kudo's to Watch Repairs USA and from this 1st time user, highly recommend the service they provide."
"So I bought a hybrid watch half Swiss movement half computer. At some point the two technologies didn't get along that's when I contacted watch repair USA. Easy process very complicated repair. I was kept in the loop through the entire process including my watch's trip to the motherland. It arrived back completely repaired with new brain and battery at a reasonable price "
"Excellent job! The jewelry store recommended I throw the watch out when it quit working and a new battery wouldn't get it going. It was a work gift many years ago and the thought of junking it made me upset. It was repaired by Watch Repairs USA very quickly and they kept me informed of the status all the way during the repair. Thanks to them for a job well done and returning a good memory to me in excellent working order. This old watch looks brand new!"
"My 30 year old watch is new. You guys delivered. I was kept informed every step of the way. It was painless and you guys made everything so ez. Thank you"
"I knew I could not buy a Swiss Army Watch for my wife like I bought her a couple of decades ago, so I decided to try getting it repaired. I sent the watch to Watch Repairs USA in mid December, 2016. They repaired the watch and had it back to me by early January, 2017.
What I think is unique is that all you have to do is fill out the online form, print the *prepaid* mailing label, box the watch, and send it. In a few days you will receive an email with an estimated cost (you pay shipping). You confirm or change the repairs, include payment information, and in a couple of weeks you get your watch back. It couldn't have been any easier!
They:
Completely disassembled the watch; cleaned all moving parts with specialized cleaning solvents; lubricated internal components with high grade oil, and time tested for 48 - 72 hours; overhauled the quartz motor and repaired it; repaired the circuit; replaced all seals/gaskets; and ultrasonically cleaned all watch parts. All of this includes a 1-year warranty!!
If you choose not to have your watch repaired, you pay return shipping. The shipping is about $15.
I highly recommend Watch Repairs USA for you watch repairs. I was happy I chose them."

"All I can say is AMAZING. I had just about given up on my Fortis. My watch hadn't been working properly for some time. After a friend of a friend "fixed" my watch, I was getting ready to sell it because my frustration level was at an all time high. I found Watch Repairs USA and read the reviews. I figured I had nothing to lose so I sent my watch to them for their assessment. I was a little shocked at the price but they were doing a lot to get my watch working again. Long story short, I approved the repair. My watch has been running better than when I purchased it. I will DEFINITELY use their services again. I highly recommend sending your time piece to Watch Repairs USA."
"Thank you so much for the great job you did on repairing my watch. The band works great and it looks like new. Have received many compliments on the workmanship.
